Egg Roll In A Bowl
What is an Egg Roll In a Bowl?
Well it’s simple: It’s ” egg roll filling ” in a ” bowl ” instead of an egg roll wrap. Which means, its low-carb, keto-friendly and more healthier than the usual fried egg rolls. Win-win-win!
When we ate this recipe, we felt like it needed some dipping sauce ( or shall I say, pouring sauce ) to eat it with. Whenever we eat real egg rolls, we always dip them in either sweet and sour sauce or a plum sauce. So if your family is of the ” dipping ” sort, I’d recommend making your own sweet and sour sauce, or using your favorite teriyaki sauce over this. If you aren’t of the ” dipping ” sort, than this recipe is fine just by itself!
Speaking of low-carb and keto- If you follow the keto or low-carb diet, or maybe you just want to eat a bit healthier and cleaner, you should check out this recipe, which is by far the most viewed recipe on my blog.
