This quick and easy homemade whipped cream is healthy, light, fluffy and not overly sweet.
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup (( Not corn syrup ))
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture on low speed until stiff peaks form. This usually takes about 2 minutes. DO NOT OVER MIX, OR YOU WILL START TO MAKE BUTTER.
