I like taking the easier route and buying pre-shucked corn on the cob. If your corn cobs still have the husks, make sure you remove the corn husk before pressure cooking!

How to Cook Corn on the Cob in Your Instant Pot
Get ready for a delicious dinner. Prep your corn cobs, get your Instant Pot, and use these instructions to make the perfect corn on the cob in your Instant Pot.
*I use a 6 quart Instant Pot. but my mom has the 8 quart and we have found that the larger the pot, the more corn cobs you can add with the same great results.*

- Add your steamer basket to your Instant Pot (do not lay the corn on the cobs directly in the Instant Pot pan)

2. Add 1 cup of COLD water to the Instant Pot

3. Place as many fresh corn ears as your Instant Pot will hold. (I’ve done anywhere from 6-8 corns)

4. Pressure cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time is done, turn the venting knob to the “venting” position, and release the pressure.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Brush on some garlic butter, fresh melted butter with salt and pepper on the corn kernels, or turn this delicious corn into Mexican street corn, and you are ready to go!
